DESCRIPTION:
Working from the ground up. This class will focus on the fundamental principles of Combat wrestling as recorded by Fiore Dei Liberi. Body posture, stance, power generation and fighting positions will be studied to provide a firm base from which simple remedies to typical attacks can be practiced. This will be a practical class with plenty of hands on, come prepared to get sweaty. An excellent introduction to medieval combat wrestling for those who have little or no experience. |
