Attending Vendors
Information
for Vendors
We
will have a large area available in the hallway, adjacent to the
ISMAC Registration Desk, which will be central to events
throughout the weekend. It is where:
1)
Registration & Check-In will take place,
2)
the ISMAC Information Desk will be located, as well as
3)
"ground zero" for the Tournaments as well as all other
events occurring
throughout
the weekend.
There,
we will provide one 8-foot table for you. If you need more than
one, you must request this well in advance.
You
are free to set up shop as early as 9 am, and you must break down
no later than 9 pm.
We
will not have a secure overnight storage space available for you.
We
are working on procuring one, and if we are capable of providing
one,
we will post it
here.
Of
course we cannot assume any responsibility for your wares at any
time.

The
Requirements:
|
You
must have someone at your table at all times when it is set up.
You
do not have to register for the workshop if you are only coming
as a vendor.
If
you plan to take any classes though, you will need to register as
a participant.

The
Deal:

The
best part of our vendor policy is that you have nothing to lose!
We
want to see our vendors make as much as possible and so we have
removed the risk involved in renting a table.
Most
workshops ask you to pay a flat fee for the weekend regardless of
what you sell, but we take 10% of your sales or $100, whichever
is less.
