DESCRIPTION: 15th Century Italian Hand to Hand Combat - The Presas of Fiore dei Liberi's Abrazare. This will be a hands-on study of the principles and 
practice of this great Italian master's abrazare (wrestling).  Please be prepared for falling to the mat.  We will cover the basics of movement, posture and power 
generation, followed by an exploration of as many of Fiore's twenty plays of abrazare as time will allow.
