DESCRIPTION:

Iron, Steel, Swords, Armor, and Weapons: the reality of their capabilities.

This lecture will discuss how they were made and what they were capable of.

We will look at the production of European weapons to see what the period materials and designs were capable of in combat as well as their limitations.  We will use examples of some weapons to demonstrate certain principles.
