DESCRIPTION:
This class will undertake the basics of Fiore's "embrace," focusing on how the four fighting positions accomplish all eight requirements of wrestling, and on how all plays must flow from the single remedy master. When these things are understood, the art becomes more easily understood and practiced.
We will spend considerable time on the fundamentals, so that the student will take useable skills away with him. This class will be held in a room with a padded floor, and knowledge of very basic, safe falling is necessary.
