DESCRIPTION: 

This class will concentrate on the pressas that use primarily leverage from Marozzo's Arte dell'Armi.

This style of unarmed combat comes from a long tradition in Northern Italy that started as early as 1409 with Fiore di Liberi.

For the class you should wear loose fitting comfortable clothing that may be grasped, such as a gi or other martial arts clothing. A t-shirt and sweatpants will be sufficient. A wooden dagger simulator will also be helpful.
