DESCRIPTION:
This class will connect the striking and throwing aspects of the 20 plays of Fiore's abrazare, creating an integrated whole that may be practiced and learned easily. Integration of striking techniques creates the situation through which the throw is accomplished. The student should leave with a better understanding of how to learn and teach this extremely effective hand to hand system. |
