DESCRIPTION:
The class is an intensive, systematic exploration of how to fall safely and creatively in martial arts training. Participants will first progress through a series of challenging solo, partner and group exercises in breath control, correct skeletal alignment and momentum/impact management through absorption and controlled collapse. We will also address the special requirements of falling safely while holding a weapon. |
