DESCRIPTION:
The focus
of this class is coordinated movement with the Longsword. In
this class we'll bring together various aspects which may seem
to be unrelated or even contradicting aspects like reach,
quickness, power generation, psychology, safety etc. by making
the different parts of the body and the sword work together. Required: mask, gloves, longsword |
