DESCRIPTION:
Capo
Ferro says "The offense is a defense in which I seek the
misura and strike my adversary." This class will focus on
maintaining a strong defense in all offensive actions.
Through a series of practical exercises you will learn the
precise placement to strike the adversary while facilitating
your safety. Students must come prepared with jackets, masks, gloves, groin protectors for men, breast protection for women, and a rapier. |
