A taster class in one of Europe`s most versatile and effective weapons. This shall cover fundamental actions with the staff in terms of guarding, taking initiative, countering and effectively striking with blow and point. Use of staff at various measures shall be covered as we examine in detail how to really make the staff work as a devastating tool, capable of overcoming any weapon at any measure.

No experience necessary and training weapons shall be provided. Required - gloves, mask, jacket or torso padding.
