| Master Class Respect the Edge: Realistic Knife Training with the Shock Knife | ||
INSTRUCTOR:
Tim Ruzicki
ROOM: TBA |
DESCRIPTION:
Knife-Fighters take note: you don't know squat if you don't respect the blade! And yeah, I hear a lot of whining that you do, but what I see consistently at knife tournaments tells me otherwise. If you honestly want to learn how to knife-fight, you need to incorporate realism in your training. And, since this ain't the 1800's, we've got limited options. One option, however, is the "Shock Knife" -- a little darlin' designed to put the fear of jeebus in ya. So, cowboy up and come on by to learn how a little realism and a little martial principle will make you worthy of being called a martial artist, and a knife-fighter. And quit yer whining! ...Please note, actual use of the shock knife in class is not required. Equipment: Please bring safety goggles if you've got them, or a fencing mask if you don't. Pre-Requisites: No prior experience with knives, martial arts, cowboys, drunken pirates, or electro-shock therapy is necessary...but signing the waiver is. |
