Liam Fox is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 7 years experience and a busy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Liam has studied a number of different massage techniques including Shiatsu, Tui Na, Cranial Sacral, Myofacial Release, Structural Body Work, Swedish massage, and Sports Therapy. He is also a Reiki master/teacher, and a former personal trainer. Liam specializes in treating injuries, relieving pain, and relaxing tight muscles. He utilizes stretching in his sessions to facilitate increased mobility and prevent injuries. He believes stretching is the key to proper body mechanics, health and overall fitness. Liam began studying Western Martial Arts in 1999. After learning Italian and English styles he found his perfect match in the German school. Liam belongs to St. Maximilian Landsknecht Re-enactment Guild, a German Renaissance military group. Working the small faire circuit in Northern California, Liam spends a large part of the day educating and demonstrating weapon use, and giving one on one classes to the general public.
